We hope you can join us on Sunday 10 November in Selby Abbey as we remember all from the armed forces who lost their lives in the line of duty.
The service starts at 10am following the parade from the Scott Road Community Centre to the Abbey. The parade sets off at 9.30am and marches up Scott Road and through the town to the Market Place.
Following the 2 minutes silence, during which hundreds of poppies will flutter down from the roof, the Standard Party will lead the procession out of the Abbey.
A wreath will be laid on the RAF 51 Squadron memorial in the Abbey grounds, before the Mayoral party will make their way over to the park to lay wreaths at the war memorial.
The parade will gather and then march back to the Scott Road Community Centre.
