📢 We’re Hiring: Admin Officer (Part-Time, 20 Hours per Week) 12-month Fixed-Term

Looking for a rewarding role at the heart of your local community? We’re inviting applications for a part-time Admin Officer to join our Town Council team.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the Council, working closely with the Town Clerk and team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, motivated individual who enjoys variety and making a real impact locally.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Town Clerk
  • Assist with organising and managing Town Council markets and events
  • Support administrative duties related to the Cemetery alongside the Sexton (Cemetery Manager)

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant administrative experience
  • Strong communication and literacy skills
  • Good IT skills
  • A proactive, flexible approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

📆 Working Pattern

  • 20 hours per week
  • Occasional weekend work required
