This year’s Remembrance Service, to be held in Selby Abbey on Sunday 14 November, will be different from previous ones. Due to Covid restrictions we are limited to 400 people attending the Abbey. These seats will be available to book from the 15th October from the Town Hall only, either in person or by phoning 01757 708449. Everyone is welcome to book a seat but we hope you understand that to be fair to everyone we have to limit the tickets to a maximum of two per applicant. The parade will march from Scott Road Community Centre and arrive ready to be seated at the Abbey just before the service starts at 10am. Following the service wreaths will be laid in the Abbey grounds and at the War Memorial in Selby Park. The parade will then reform and provide a March Past the Market Place before making their way back to Scott Road Community Centre.

The Service will be live streamed for anyone who wishes to view from their home.
