Selby Bonfire and Firework Spectacular 4 November 2017 

The Bonfire and Firework event is always a free event for all the family. There were fairground rides available from 6pm when the gates were opened. This year's event had over 7,000 residents and visitors attend the site and there were also spectators on Sainsbury's car park and along Scott Road.

Minister FM were in attendance and music was provided throughout the event. They helped with the countdown to the first firework being fired and the Bishop of Selby helped with the first firework. The bonfire was lit by the Mayor and her grandson.  A video of the event is below.
